If you think you’d like a less specific massage than a sports massage, then a full body massage is for you. Although being less specific than a sports massage, it still has a lot of similar benefits. Including: -

- General relaxation to the whole body and can loosed tight muscles
- Relieves tired and aching muscles
- Can increase flexibility and range of motion
- Calms the nervous system and therefore can greatly help chronic pain
- Lowers blood pressure and heart rate
- Enhances skin tone and strengthens the immune system
- Can reduce tension headaches and mental stress, therefore improving concentration and promotes restful sleep
- Generally aids in mental relaxation

A full body massage lasts an hour and works on all the body areas, including front and back of legs, abdomen (optional), neck and chest area, arms, buttocks (optional) and back.

Because of my sports massage background, I offer a deeper full body massage, which is more beneficial to you and your body.

You could use this full body massage as a chance to find out which muscles are tight and need more working on and stretching. Or you could the full body massage purely for an hour’s deep relaxation for you.
