Many people suffer from everyday aches and pains, many of these caused by occupations, e.g. sitting at a computer desk, or by everyday movements, e.g. picking up a child on the same side of your body everyday.

These aches and pains can then lead onto more problems, maybe just an uncomfortable neck, or headaches or injuries, unless identified and dealt with.

Sports massage can help these problems. It can loosen off tight muscles and identify where the problem lies so it can be sorted. For example if someone came in with a tight neck who sits at a computer all day and had lots of headaches, a massage to the neck and shoulders and stretching around that area would loosen it off and stop the headaches. We would then look into stopping the problem happening again, it might be the posture while sitting at the computer desk needs to be adjusted and then some stretches done after.
